Emotions will play a HUG...Glad you had a good day! Emotions will play a HUGE role on your journey,it is perfectly normal. One thing I will say is that exercise definitely helps you mentally....not just physically. When you are feeling down or stressed out, try to turn that negative energy into a good workout. I know it is MUCH easier said than done...but if you can get yourself through a workout, you'll feel so much better when you are done.
