Day 14

So today I did pretty good. I have really been thinking through some stuff and I think I may have figured out one of my emotional issues. I'm gonna keep pondering it and I will post about it when I am sure about it.
How is everyone else doing? Hope e drying had a good st pats day!

  1. Glad you had a good day! Emotions will play a HUGE role on your journey,it is perfectly normal. One thing I will say is that exercise definitely helps you mentally....not just physically. When you are feeling down or stressed out, try to turn that negative energy into a good workout. I know it is MUCH easier said than done...but if you can get yourself through a workout, you'll feel so much better when you are done. Trust me on this one! :)

  2. darlin you post it whenever you'd like whether you're sure or not. sometimes hearing an "outside" opinion will turn on that light switch. just remeber to stay positive no matter what ( i KNOW easier said than done!)and i agree with jendi excercise in itself helps, try this next time you get mad/upset at yourself or someone else channel that negative energy into a kickass workout. you may surprise yourself with how much/well you do! bright blessings hon!

  3. Glad you are working through your emotional stuff. That is so what I need to do too. I need to find what is holding me back...other than sheer laziness. My eating was better this week, but the workout? Nah, I couldn't get my lazy ass moving. I haven't even written a blog post. I think I'm hiding.
